Nokia 3250 Review

nokia-3250

Nokia have produced some great mobile phones over the years pushing the design barriers and setting standards for other manufacturers to follow. Their latest tri-band affair adds a novel tilt and rotate design along with a whole bag of features including their lifeblog software.

"Nokia could never be accused of producing boring handsets. OK, the company does actually make standard candybar mobiles, but it also pushes the envelope of what we expect handsets to look like and how we expect them to behave. If you doubt this think about the N90, N91 and 7380."

If you like to twist and shout, you might be interested in this little handset.

Uniblue Registry Booster Software!

Uniblue Registry Booster Software

If your PC has slowed to a crawl, error messages and blue screens of death are the norm or your computer just seems to have lost it's edge, help is at hand. Uniblue have some nifty registry booster software to give your operating system a complete overhaul.

"Even new PCs start to slow down and not work properly with extended use. The symptoms could be error messages, crashes, decreased performance and more. Most of the time these problems are software based and caused due to corrupt registry entries or settings, bad or unused drivers and residual files. Computer downtime can be very stressful and annoying, but thankfully Uniblue came up with a solid solution for this problem. Formerly known as LIUtilities, Uniblue was founded in 1999 with the objective of delivering data protection and recovery solutions for both personal and business use. Uniblue Registry Booster is an easy to use and flexible program for clearing and repairing the registry and fixing errors."

While it can't turn your PC into a mega gigahertz monsta it might just help prevent hair loss from the OS gremlins.

Logitech G15 Gaming LCD Keyboard

logitech-lcd-keyboard

If you need to replace your old salsa and beer covered keyboard, Logitech have a LCD keyboard to impress your mates at the next LAN party.

"The LCD screen was the main thing that peaked my interest initially. When opened, the hinged screen at the top center of the unit can be used to show time, date, cpu usage, ram usage, current song playing and in game stats depending on the game. These are far more useful options than I thought they would be. I really liked seeing the details from Real Player under my currently running apps. The play, pause, stop and track buttons were probably the best feature of the entire keyboard."

We can't decide at MaXit if this is cool or plain stupid. Why on earth would you need a LCD on a keyboard? Okay, overclockers and gamers might find the extra stats useful like game stats, cpu useage but can it show pictures of Salma Hayeks boobs on demand. You'd better check out the review before we get carried away with more nonsense.

Athlon 64 FX-62 Dual-Core Socket AM2 Review

amd-am2-fx62

Hardware Secrets gets to grip with the high-end CPU from AMD, the Athlon 64 FX-62, a dual-core CPU running at 2.8 GHz with two 1 MB L2 memory caches. It's based on the new AM2 socket and supports DDR2 memories.

Here is a snippet:

"Athlon 64 FX-62 is right now the most high-end CPU from AMD, incorporating dual-core technology, socket AM2 (i.e. DDR2 memory support), 2.8 GHz internal clock and 1 MB L2 memory cache for each core. We had the chance of reviewing this beast and compare it to other dual-core CPUs from AMD: Athlon 64 X2 5000+ (socket AM2, 2.6 GHz, 512 MB L2 memory cache), Athlon 64 X2 4600+ (socket 939, 2.4 GHz, 512 MB L2 memory cache) and Athlon FX-60 (socket 939, 2.6 GHz, 1 MB L2 memory cache). Let’s see how this new CPU performs. "

With Conroe right around the corner, it looks like AM2 and the FX-62 is due for a serious Intel spanking.

Scarlett Johansson has award winning breasts

scarlett-johansson-boobs

Touch magazine had a good feel of Scarlett Johansson's boobs and voted them the best breasts in hollywood. Okay they based their results on a readers poll but who can argue with that. She certainly looks just swell in an eye catching red dress she wore at the recent Golden Globes.

Have a look at some side on action of her award winning globes. Good job the photographer was using a wide angle lense. Cor blimey!

Asus EAX1900 XTX 512MB Graphic Card Review at MaXit

asus-x1900-graphics-card

Another day, another graphics card upgrade. We can't help wondering why people buy a £400 graphics card to play a £30 game that lasts for a little under 10 hours. That's £43 a hour. Crazy eh. You could have a wild weekend with enough debauchery to leave you recounting tales to your mates down the local for the next six months. Go on, treat your joystick and head down to Spearmint Rhino's to gawp at the babes while they gyrate round your lap rubbing baby oil into your trousers. Best thing is you'd still have enough change to buy the latest Sugar Babes cd to throw at your neighbours cat. Or you could just spend £400 on a graphics card that will be obsolete in a few months time.

Decisions, decisions. Should you spend the money on the latest hardware powerhouse from the graphic card stables of ASUS or stuff it down some nubile blondes knickers as she manoveurs around your manhood. It's a big dilemma for every hardware enthusiast but don't worry, this review might just help you decide. Read on.

iStarUSA Storm S8 Black Computer Case Review

iStar Black Computer Case

Tweaksnews kicks up a storm with their review of the S8 Black Computer Case from iStarUSA.

"I'm quite honestly impressed with the the S8. For a low-priced case, iStar has included a lot of bang for the buck, including some features much more expensive cases skimp out on. Tool-free drive bays all the way around, a solid expansion card retaining slot, and great cooling all make for a case that's easy to live with. The S8's clean, discreet looks make it as easy on the eyes as it is on the hands."
