Remember System Shock 2 for the PC. If you do, you will be pleased to hear the original developers have joined forces to bring you a new game, this time underwater. Games Radar got to swim around the game. Snorkles are optional!
"Trapped deep beneath the ocean in Rapture, BioShock's wrecked subterranean city. Your primary concern is survival; your second is escape. These brand new screens showcase the game's crumbling, Art-Deco styling, and we've had our own guided tour of the action to see how it all comes together."
Gamezone pick their best games, booths, suprises and disappointments from the recent E3 show.
The biggest playable surprise for me at E3 this year was Heavenly Sword. At face value it looks like your average action title with pretty graphics and flashy cutscenes. Once you play it, however, you realize that those cutscenes were not cutscenes – they were clips right out of the real-time fights.
Bringing an Asian
pay model to the western world, NCsoft is set to introduce a few free
online games. But exactly what does their version of free entail?
NCSoft is the company that has produced
such MMORPGs as City of Heroes and the Lineage series. Now, they
have an idea that might be great in the western markets - or it
might fail miserably.
Dubbed the Wiimote, this innovative
take on a controller, at first glance, just seems like a train wreck
of an idea. Dvd remote anyone? But with true Nintendo ingenuity,
they've made this controller into more than just a horrible pun of a
name.
Another review draws to an end and Patriot Memory has churned up a
kit that matches the performance of the big leaguers while keeping its price
at a very affordable range. Sticking to the stock timings, we were able to
push the kit up to 260 MHz which is respectable for the Samsung UCCC but
nothing spectacular for those making the jump from 1GB to 2GB. With AM2 and
Conroe fast approaching, there's no doubt that DDR2 is the future. DDR1 is
slowly fading away and the time to go 2GB to keep your system running in the
long run is now while the supply is high and the price of the PDC2G4000ELK
is still nice and low.
Sony's "booth" was quite unlike Nintendo's carefully planned Wii area,
and more like an expo unto itself. With PSP, PS2 and of course PS3
displays all competing for the square miles of floor space, the place
was a zoo, but also held an impressive managerie of kiosks harboring
playable titles. The PS3 games themselves were powered by late-release
dev kits that were clearly displayed behind glass, and the titles sure
looked pretty at those high resolutions, even if they were a bit
PS2-ish in their controls and gameplay. Warhawk was of course the
exception, and there were plenty of people waiting to get a shot at the
action.

Jessica Alba has pulled off a People magazine hat trick: She’s on the hot and beautiful lists of all three People magazines with the latest from Teen People.
Jessica Alba is a cute girl who has a sick little body and an especially hot ass. But that’s it. Big deal! So do millions of other girls in their early 20’s. That’s why it’s fascinating what Jessica can achieve without really having to do anything at all. Every single magazine’s “Best/Hot Lists” this year has her in it and I don’t even what she’s done since last year’s ‘Sin City‘ and ‘Fantastic Four‘. And yet, she complains that she wants more challenging roles. Hell, if I was her, I’d keep walking around in bikinis doing nothing and retire. And I’d look at myself naked in the mirror all day.
Overall I would have no problem recommending this player to someone wanting an all-in-one product in such a small package. With all these feature packed into one small ergonomic package, the only thing you might have a problem with is the initial price tag. But as many wise people say with respect to many characteristics of life.....you get what you pay for.
