a few extra details would be nice, like what brand is your RAM? OCZ? Kingston? and who makes your mobo and what model is it?

To be honest, you have find out for yourself as each system is inherently different. But, what we can do is help you along the way. First of all try increasing the clock speed in incremements of 10 till your system refuses to boot. But keep an eye on the temps too. Then once you reach your limit , find the frequency closest from the point where it stopped booting such that it is able to boot into windows and make sure it is prime stable and memtest stable for atlest 8-10 hours. Then you can try using dividers to inc. your oc and also maybe up the vcore a lil bit. Just make sure each time that the oc is prime 95 and memtest stable each time. I am not very sure if AMD is ny different from intel . But that is what i have generally seen is the method .
