Find The Painting For The Countess of Chorral

This quest is called Canvas the castle. It takes place at the city of Chorrol.
It is quite a boring quest as there is no fighting involved but if you like difficult puzzles
you'll enjoy solving this one.

To start the quest talk to the Countess of Chorral. She'll tell her beloved painting of the dead Count was stolen.
She asks you to search for it and find who stole it.
She presents you with a list of suspects to question for clues.

You must talk to them all (some have to be persuaded to give up information by playing the speech game),
The are easy to find as the compass shows arrows of their locations. All of them say it was raining hard the night the picture was stolen apart from Chanel, the castle mage.
She says she was out looking at the stars and painting that night.
Now you need to find some more clues before you can accuse her. Head on over to the West Tower and look behind some crates in one of the Tower rooms.
You will find a trap door leading down to a room with the missing painting in.

Chanel mentioned going to the dining room on the night the painting was stolen so leg it back and have a look around. On the rub you will see some paint stains. Click on them for another clue.

Finally, check out Chanel's room. Make sure she is not there and look in her lectern. She has painting supplies in it. Be careful not to take them as you would be stealing. This is a really obscure clue and had me wandering round for ages until I gave up and found the answer on the web!

With all the clues gathered you are ready to accuse Chanel. First you have to bribe her playing the speech game until she likes you.
Accuse her and she will admit she stole the painting. Talk to the Countess to claim your reward.
