My computer is currently at 450mhz. But I can easily get it down to 350 if need be. Good luck beating those ones.

I think the lowest mine has been at was 1ghz from 2.0ghz stock, any lower and the pc wasnt too hapy and became unstable, did it all on 1v going to the cpu aswell
