Picked this up for the Xbox 360 on Tuesday - the rave reviews made it a must buy to see what all the fuss is about.
Never played any Grand Theft Auto games so din't really no what to expect. The city is pretty amazing and the story line and acting is great. The graphics are very nice but the character models are a little disappointing for me - especially the strippers

The freedom to do things is amazing - I started a cop fight and kept running people over. Ambulances came, cops started shooting - it was a real riot.
I wouldn't say I was totally hooked yet - seems to be complete this task get this upgrade or new ability to do other stuff unlocked. My character made out with Michelle and all I got to hear was a few groans - I was expecting a show at least
If the missions keep on like kill this guy, collect ths guy etc I think I'll get bored of it. Perhaps I'm missing the point but somehow it doesn't seem like the greatest game ever - more like Harry Potter hype.
