once you actualy find there e-mail address..as most customer support/tech support tend to hide it, you send your e-mail explaining the fault and giving as much info as you can about the product.. as u know there going to be fussy about it.

and the reply is instant....

fully automatic is indeed more... "efficient" ... but its also very quick .. and so the fun is over all to soon.

with semi.. you need to be a bit more inventive with your targeting.
