God Damn Prickly Heat

Just noticed a load of small red blisters on one of my forearms. Startin to itch.
The solution on the NHS direct website is to use air conditioning and keep from sweating. Well isn't that helpful.

Gonna go see my doctor and ask him for an aircon unit on the NHS!

This heat is getting to be a real pain and it's mean't to be getting hotter in August.

I just can't cope anymore. I'm off to live in Alaska

I don't mind the heat so much in the day it's the night time that's the killer. All windows open and fan on full blast and I'm still sweating in bed. Don't even feel like sex even though my girlfriend has got a great tan now

the idea is to close the windows a few hours before sunset, so all the heat from the ground rising up doesnt go back into your room, then open your windows again a few hours after sunset :P

Or you could just wait for the rain, the rain cools everything down!
