The
MV-800 accepts CF/MD/SD/MMC and MemoryStick cards for maximum compatibility
with major digital cameras. The unit is
light, portable and easy to use. A great companion to your digital camera and
an excellent way of showing off your pictures and video clips to family and friends.
Another cool feature is the ability to add MP3 music tracks to the slide show
or just connect headphones and use it as an MP3 player. A remote control is
used to access the easy to use on board menu, giving you full control of the
slide show and player functions. The unit also supports MPEG1,2,4 movie formats
for play back of digital camera movies or movies created on the PC.

further, Panasonic is introducing the new Lumix DMC-L1, its first
digital SLR. The new camera will be introduced at a price of $1,999 and
ship with a Leica D Vario-Elmarit lens 14-50mm/f2.8-3.5 lens"
This new camera sports a unique dust reduction system that could be the key to the long standing problem of dust sticking to the sensor of digital SLR cameras. Panasonic claims to have solved this problem with a "Supersonic Wave Filter system" which uses supersonic vibration (mmmm....nice!!) to shake of any dust sticking to the sensor. This is good news for SLR users who are worried about dust entering the camera while changing lenses.

If you need to replace your old salsa and beer covered keyboard, Logitech have a LCD keyboard to impress your mates at the next LAN party.
"The LCD screen was the main thing that peaked my interest initially. When opened, the hinged screen at the top center of the unit can be used to show time, date, cpu usage, ram usage, current song playing and in game stats depending on the game. These are far more useful options than I thought they would be. I really liked seeing the details from Real Player under my currently running apps. The play, pause, stop and track buttons were probably the best feature of the entire keyboard."
We can't decide at MaXit if this is cool or plain stupid. Why on earth would you need a LCD on a keyboard? Okay, overclockers and gamers might find the extra stats useful like game stats, cpu useage but can it show pictures of Salma Hayeks boobs on demand. You'd better check out the review before we get carried away with more nonsense.
