| OS 2006 released for Nokia 770 |
Nokia has announced a new opreating system called OS 2006 for its 770 web tablet. This anticipated update for the Linux-based device now enables even more features making this device a very attractive proposition.
The Nokia 770 features a 4.13" 800x480 display, Texas Instruments 1710 OMAP processor, 802.11b/g wireless, Bluetooth, 1500 mAh Li-ion battery, 64MB of RAM, 128MB of internal flash (64MB available to the end-user) and an RS-MMC memory slot. The device also features an Opera web browser, built-in email client, media player and PDF viewer. The device currently retails for around $350. The update is available for download from the official Nokia website.
