| Apple Introduces MacBooks with Core 2 Duo Processors |
Shortly after the release of their new MacBook Pros with Core 2 Duo processors, Apple has updated their standard MacBooks with Core 2 Duo as well. It's basically the same old 13.3" MacBook, but now it comes with a 1.83GHz or 2GHz Core 2 Duo processor, 512MB to 2GB of DDR2 memory, and up to 200GB of disk space. For a 13.3" laptop, that's really not too bad. Other specs of the laptops remain mostly the same. The pricing is pretty much the same too, with the lowest model costing you $1099. This, of course is for the white one; if you want a black one, the minimum you can get away with is $1499, but you get upgrades with that too. Get yourself one of the new MacBooks on Apple's website.
