WolfKing Warrior Gamepad Review @ Tweaknews.net

"For hardcore FPS players who don't mind un-learning a couple things about the traditional controls on a QWERTY keyboard, the Warrior will reward with a comfortable and ergonomically sound gaming experience. I can't say that it made me a better player, but let's be realistic – does anything other than practice and skill make someone a better FPS gamer?"

Western Digital Scorpio 250GB 2.5" SATA Hard Drive

"The Scorpio 250GB 2.5" SATA Hard Drive is a great addition or upgrade for anyone looking for the maximum storage possible in the 2.5" form factor.  In addition to a traditional installation inside a computer, the 250GB Scorpio drive would make an excellent choice for use in a portable enclosure, and as tested it can even be used to upgrade to a Sony Playstation 3."

Ultra ChillTec Thermo-Electric CPU Cooler @ HotHardware.com

"The  ChillTec is a bit more than an oversized aftermarket cooler.  This unit marries two technologies into a single package, teaming a heat-pipe tower-type cooler with a peltier and an oversized fan to offer extreme cooling potential.  To help facilitate use of its features, Ultra also integrates an external module that's programmed to control the cooler's functions and report on the current health of the CPU.  Head on over to the site and check it out..."

MSI Media Tour 2007 – Shanghai (Part 1)

"This week, MSI invited some 50 journalists from all over the world to visit its notebook and motherboard factory just outside of Shanghai in China and TweakTown was one of the lucky publications that got to attend the media tour this year. Although we canÙt report on everything which we have seen, we do hope youÙll enjoy the coverage of the parts we can show you and talk about.

MSIÙs factory for notebooks and some of its motherboard products, such as the P35 lines, are located in Kunshan, outside Shanghai and you can find some more information about it here. There are over 5,100 employees at the factory which was opened in June 2003 and many of them live on site in shared lodging provided by MSI. The research and development center alone employs over 700 people and takes up 34,000 square meters of space."

Sam & Max Season 2 Preview

"I had a chance to sit down with the great folks at TellTale games, who wanted to show off the work they've done on Sam & Max: Season Two. The lovely Emily Morganti was seated next to the demo laptop, and several of the key developers and program managers were also present, interjecting comments as Emily showed me the demo. At the table were Dave Grossman, the Design Director, and David Bogan, the Art Director for Sam & Max.

Sam & Max are coming back for a second season of warm, melty episodic goodness, thanks to Telltale's tireless development team and our good friends at GameTap. Like the groundbreaking Season One, Sam & Max will appear in several small installments, which will be released semi-monthly. Each game features the same sharp wit as the previous season, and a funny mystery for our crime-fighting duo to solve."

Turtle Beach Video Advantage PCI

"To begin with, I will transfer some video from an older Hi8 video camera that uses the composite cable outputs. So the first thing to do, is to connect the sound and video output of my video camera to the composite sound and video input of the Video Advantage PCI. Other than setting the directory to save my video, I have used the default settings for all the selections to get a good baseline for how the software works. I will tweak the settings as necessary. I would suggest you leave the video settings near the highest settings to get the best possible quality. Be forewarned however, that the best quality will also take up the most room on your hard drive and the steepest hardware requirements."

Cooler Master Cosmos RC-1000 Mid-Tower ATX Case @ Benchmark Reviews

"Computer enthusiasts are a lot like automobile owners: we all want something different than everyone else while expressing ourselves at the same time.  With so many options to choose from, both in the auto industry and the computer industry, it isn't very difficult to find your taste.  Just last week I reviewed the Zalman Z-Machine GT1000 Black Mid-Tower ATX Gaming Case, which could easily share relation to the exotic sports cars we can't afford.  It was a very nice case, to be sure, but at the end of the day a sports car only has one purpose.  Today we take the Cooler Master Cosmos RC-1000 Midtower ATX Case for a test drive, and right away I can tell this will be the Range Rover of computer cases."

Corsair vs. Super Talent – 1800MHz+ RAM

"DDR3 memory is now the new big memory standard to come from the JEDEC group. DDR3 memory once again builds on the technology that DDR and DDR2 first laid down. DDR3 is still a parallel architecture rather than the serial nature that RDRAM tried to bring in. Like all of the DDR memory we have seen, the technology is derived from the old SDRAM modules that were so popular back when Socket 7 and Pentium II / III were at their peak.

Today we have some of the highest availably clocked DDR3 memory modules. We have 1800 MHz modules from Corsair and 1866 MHz modules from Super Talent. Today we hope to see just how far we can push them to and who will be king."
