 This is the first Athlon64 system I've put together and I couldn't wait to run a few benchmarks.   I'm not exactly comfortable overclocking a £500+ processor for obvious reasons. However, after a few beers I decided to go for it. A bit of careful tweaking and I managed to pump the FX53 upto 2.7Ghz.   The radeon 9800XT did its best to keep up and managed some decent numbers in 3DMark 2003 and 2001SE. The addition of a Gainward 6800 Ultra Cool FX in a few days should see a large improvement in the scores.
