Horror films have achieved many grisly innovations over the years – from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre ('74), to The Texas Chainsaw Massacre ('03), and even The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning. Yet a new film, The Unborn (Jan 9), will be the first horror movie featuring a body part of Odette Yustman (Cloverfield).
The story you’re about to read is true. The italicized text – and some "facts" – is entirely made up in the interest of comedy.
The Unborn is a new supernatural thriller that has everything: nightmares, startling orchestral blasts, scary things that happen sometimes and sometimes not happen, "spectral adult situations," "teen partying," and demonic spirits who haunt a young woman and terrorize her loved ones and other such noise.
But what’s truly interesting about The Unborn (according to its poster) is that it's a movie about Odette Yustman's butt.
Observe:

Though this comes to no surprise if you've been keeping up with the actresses own words:
"Amazing," Odette Yustman said when she discussed how it was working with David Goyer, The Unborn’s writer/director. "He really brought out an incredible (butt-filed) script, a great character for me to play – it was hard emoting through my butt, but I think we made it work. [There was] so many different levels of emotion…a physically demanding role. It was a very "rounded," "rock-hard role," if you will. You know, he's awesome as a director, [and] as a writer. The butt actually becomes a parapsychologist at one point, and you know what? You believe it! I'm so glad to know him and so grateful that he gave me this opportunity. After the J-Lo ‘Gigli’ incident, it’s hard for butts to find work."
If you enjoyed the butt poster for The Unborn, you may enjoy other butt posters like Booty Call, Booty Call: The Beginning, and surprisingly, The African Queen, staring Katherine Hepburn.
